Adam Barrell Presents Chatbots In Tourism: 2021 Perth Airport WA Regional Tourism Conference.
We are proud and excited to confirm that So Media Group Founder, Adam Barrell will be discussing the importance of Chatbot’s at the 2021 Perth Airport WA Regional Tourism Conference.
Now more than ever trying to stand out in a world where digital activity has become obnoxiously loud, it is imperative that you look to adopt a new communication strategy and to create depth over width.
What is width?
The width refers to the breadth of your online footprint as you continuously increase activity across your social platforms or even adopting new platforms. The width continues to get bigger for everyone and so does the noise for users.
What is depth?
Depth, however, refers to the end-user, the individual and creating a platform in which you can provide so much more value for them with a customised brand experience.
At this moment in depth is where you create a deeper connection with your audience, obtain the strongest data, user behaviour, conversions and trust. This is where you can create one on one engagement.
However, with the use of a strategic chatbot experience – you can create this one on one engagement at scale.
Having personally built So Media Group community to over 460,000 including So Perth and So Where Next our national travel platform, Adam Barrell has had perhaps the most unique and in-depth hands-on experience for building communities and creating chatbots to improve user experience and achieve impressive business goals.
Adam will present first-hand experiences with chatbots and why chatbots are a required part of the future for the tourism industry – including the recently announced Chatbot that helps Facebook pages convert fans to email subscribers on autopilot.
