Wanting to be able to provide our community with added value, we developed the first Social Digital Coupon platform.
Through activating the chatbot via our Spring Cocktails listicle or via our Facebook and Instagram posts – users were able to claim and redeem digital coupons directly through our So Perth chatbot.
The result – 441 spring cocktail offers were claimed with an estimated revenue value of over $9,000.

One of our proudest Perth chatbot builds would be our Christmas Lights Chatbot.
The chatbot allows you to easily search any Perth suburb or postcode to find known Christmas light locations in that area.
The user is then served directions straight to the display with a simple tap of a button.
Last Christmas we even added a little something extra with the addition of a ‘save to favourite’ allowing users to save locations and create their own Christmas lights trail.
